What shocks are you using with vogtlands?

What's your feelings/thoughts about shocks with the vogtland springs? I'm going to replace my Boge's.

HD's. I have looked for other solutions. I think my next attempt might be sports from the W126.

Aren't the sports even more heavy duty than the HD? I'm thinking HD- but I've always loved the "comfort" in my wagons. It's gotta happen soon I'm headed to NY shortly.

Comfort = 1 valve
HD = 2 valve
Sports = 3 valve.

Also sports are designed for dropped cars. With HD I may be sitting at 90% of the first valve or past it. Who knows.

I thought I measured the W126 shocks for you and found they were a few inches too long for the W123.

Bilstein Heavy Duty My BOge's are still good, but they have unknown miles on them and I wanted to eliminate all older parts in dialing in my car.
