A HX35 would support like, 300HP. You'll need to put a LOT of fuel to it to get it to spool. A custom exhaust with HPC or wrap feeding the split scroll turbine would improve spooling as well.
Again, a bigger turbo won't add any HP to speak of and without a significant fuel increase, it'll be really laggy and your drivability will suffer.

well what i really want is that low pull, like off idle and up, i like the full load 2200rpm hard on boost pull to like 3200, thats where i like the power the most, obviously when i rev it out to 4600 i dont want it to stop pulling either or loose any pull but the real low pull is what i want.
maxing out the stock ip, will that be sufficent enough to handle a slightly bigger turbo or is stock good enough for that? and if i need more fuel than maxing out the stock ip do i have to get one of those myna pumps? or do i have other options?

You want VNT if you want low end torque.
