I have rebiult my 6.9L diesel, and I am ready to start the motor for first time but I cannot find a straight answer on how to prime the journals.I have been told to use air or over fill oil or just turn motor over without glow plugs.WHAT TO DO?

Yes use the white engine assembly lube, I put it on the rod journals, main journals, wristpins, lifter bores, on the camshaft, on each end of the pushrods. Its good stuff.
