603 into a W201 can it be done well?
I didn't used to think so. Now I'm not sure. I based my assumptions on the 2.3 gasser body but I see that the 2.6 and 2.5dt use a removable front rad support and locate the rad a couple inches forward. Has anyone actually done this , have pics or links? Cheers Dan

This is a 606 into a 201, so yeah it will fit.

I wish the finns would show some detail
From what I see it looks like the aluminum thing in front is the intercooler but it is hard to tell. I would love to see some detail at the front regarding the fans and radiator. My idea of tidy would be use a stock rad and fan setup on the front of the 603. This would enable the whole thing to be done without the addition of cubic money for us regular folks. The rest of the conversion would be just small hoses and a bit of sheetmetal maybe for the aircleaner to turbo intake. Just a pipe dream at this point but there are lots of nice 190e 2.6 gassers around , some even with blown motors and there is a small supply of 603's kicking around. The rest is just a bit of wiring as long as the motor physically fits and is able to be sourced. Cheers Dan
