Have the 7mm Holley elements worked out?

Where are they made?

I had him on the phone on Tuesday just when he was back from his trip.
He told me that he will transfer the money.
I'll give him a call today and let you know.

the manufacturer is more than busy since end of last year.
Regarding the lack of good shops for the conversion in the US and the 10mm project of 616 I don't even know if I will start a 7mm Holly MW element.
The manufacturer is currently in the last steps of producing gasser elements with a real swung helix for me. If the results are good I would like to design/calculate a new element with progressive fuel curve in the helix itself.

All my elements are made in Germany.

Tom,

Don't hold out on my account. The jury is still out on my modified 10mm element concept, and the process to mod them is slow and expensive as you are well aware. Plus, the response I usually get is, "10mm is too big", regardless of what the pump is set to put out.

I bet you would sell every MW element you can make. Plus, yours would most likely be a drop in and tweak sort of thing, where my 10mm MW is a very modified IP.

I am not in the situation that I HAVE to sell the elements.
As long as there is no +- common concept and a good shop that is doing the swap and adjustment for an acceptable cost I will slow down the activities of designing new elements. If needed I can always get some of the current types produced (takes a while but all the drawings and tools exist).
Meanwhile with gasser series I can also order one or 2 sets of new design for my own testing (I had to make some volume with the manufacturer so I simply ordered gasser elements).
Second: I am in the first steps testing the different elements and pumps in my car still with stock engine. At the moment I could not even tell what to improve.

Tom
