Is there a way you could do a write up for us? Im guessing its really bad if those cam rollers stick and oil in the pump seems really important. how do you check if theres oil and if its low what do you recommend oil type?

you do some very good work on the pumps, I saw another video of yours where you replaced the delivery valve seals on a MB C250. Nice.
