Water injection // Propane injection

I have read that water injection helps clean up the combustion chamber.

Does anyone know if propane has a similar effect?

where would you put the propane tank???

How much propane would these engines use??

Has anyone done a water/meth injection in one of these?? a water/meth injection in a diesel helps with MPG quite a bit also.

That install was accompanied with a somewhat modified 603 and a very heavy right foot, but I seem to remember the tank lasting about three weeks to a month. It's triggered by boost and is progressive, so it's not always on or dumping at full capacity, even when the master switch is flipped. It's not for the faint of heart or the daft of head. I blew one turbo when I wasn't being careful enough to dial back the flow. Those kits were designed to work on direct injected engines with twice the displacement. That is the only type of kit I would use to introduce propane to a turbodiesel.

Propane has differant burn rates then diesel, and assuming enough air is available then it may well help diesel "burn better".
