White smoke problem OM603 7MM IP

Got a big problem with my OM603, it starts good and runs well but im getting white instead of black smoke, and it smells like barbeque/ burning lighterfluid (unburnt diesel?)
Have checked the ip timing 5-6 times and it is 14 degrees after, since the pump is 0,5 degrees late in the bench.
Just changed my headgasket but not sure if everything is ok since it puffs a bit from the crankvent. My injectors are cheked and recheked 120-135 bar openingpressure and just did an compression test around 24 bar on every cylinder! Open for any suggestions running out of ideas.. Just want to know if its worth fixing or if i should just get another enginge.

Thankful for any help//Reed from Sweden

White smoke == coolant. Did you use a 606 gasket?

Unburnt diesel

unburned diesel fuel could be motor oil. Which could be turbocharger leaking oil into the exhaust. Take the air duct off the turbo and reach in and feel if it spins right and has any play. If not that is probably not the problem. Can not hurt to try and it only takes a few minutes.

Not always. White smoke that smells like burnt fuel....is burnt fuel. Coolant smoke smells sweet.

Yes, its pre-ignited fuel. But most likely coolant.
