What's This On the Fuel Pump?
What is the electrical deal on the passenger side front of the injection pump on my 85 300D? Just wondering...

If it is the part circled in Read it s called the Rack Position Sensor. I think some of them are also made of Plastic or have Plastic parts.
It controls the EGR.
