Help me build my wagon into a super wagon w123

Help me build my car. I've already got and installed a Myna pump with the stock Garret turbo. Process coated w116 exhaust manifold the one with no egr. No egr intake as well, stock. I have a long runner intake from a w115 I could use. I have a small blackstone A/A intercooler right atop the turbo plumbed with fresh air from the stock air intake location.

My tranny as it is now will slip in the 1/2 and 2/3 shifts when the myna is turned to full fuel. Should I install stronger springs from the tranny spring kit?

What turbo should I use; be specific. What IC should I use and how would you plumb it?

Give me your ideas on building a 617-95X little monster wagon.

Water is pretty easy if you move the battery...

Connect one side of the intercooler to the compressor outlet, and connect the other side to the inlet manifold..

I'm still learning about my own 300TD, but here's part of my upgrade path. I live waaaaay in the mountains and my vehicle is a daily driver/farm hauler/camper.

15-inch wheels, HD springs and shock absorbers, and a stronger brake booster (in which case the safe load capacity of the station wagon rises from the standard 560 kilograms to 700 kilograms) (I don't know where that info is from, nor do I know any more details. yet.)

flatface hubcaps. 99% faster to clean than bundts.

Tow hitch

A real roof rack

Better alternator

Built in 12 volt air compressor

Built in 12 volt DC-->120 volt AC generator (rediline)

3rd row seatbelts (seat is in, no seatbelts yet)

off road lighting

redundant street legal lighting (parallel LED bulbs so the car is still legal if a bulb fails).

12 volt DC-->5 volt DC convertor to supply usb ports

Use the rotors and calipers from a GenII w126 for better braking. I have- works great; you just can't have 14 inch wheels anymore however.

Sub 9 second 0-60 run. I just removed my stock prechambers and installed modified ones with about 25% larger holes. Huge reduction in smoke and better performance all the way around. Dropped at least 1/2 second off my 0-60 time. HP is estimated now between 165+ and 180- I can't be accurate until a dyno run or weighing the car. At those HP I calculated the car to be between 3550 and 3800 pounds.

swap out the differential, 2:88 or 2:65LSD. Also, get a manual tranny as automatics rob power. Figure out ways to reduce the weight.

I don't think there is a clutch that is strong enough in a 4 or 5 speed which fits the 617 and I'm not willing to start modifying those- although I'd love a stick instead of the auto. I don't really care for higher top speed or better fuel mileage so a lower differential is not appealing. It's hard to spin the wheels as is so a LSD is not needed. Next is more air options but I don't want to change the exhaust then buy a new turbo which needs a new exhaust/downpipe. Seems like I should do those together. Got ideas about a cheap 3 inch exhaust? My downpipe as it sits now needs work. I don't want the "drone" which comes from straight pipe so I'm wondering what I should do about increasing the diameter and keeping the front muffler.

Yer wagon is kickin' a**, MTU! How about a straight-pipe or Flowmaster-type of dumps on the exhaust system?

Don't you need the backing plates to mount those calipers also?
