Fuel pressure/increased delivery

So i have been looking through the threads on here and in the abundance of information i have not been able to find information on increaseing fuel pressure so that my IP injects more fuel, or i may have seen it and did not understand the terminology. So is there away to increase the fuel delivery of a stock pump on the OM617 without needing to have it built by a shop?

You can increase the internal pressure of the pump, which will allow your elements to fill faster. Greazer sells a upgraded pressure overflow valve for $35. I bought it and was pleased. Beyond that you have farm it out to have someone put in larger elements.

Do you know where I can find how to increase the internal pressure? And is Greazer a brand or a member on here?

ive posted on his performance overflow valve thread and still no hits, how can i tell if my ofv is rebuildable i want one of his springs

You'll have to take a look and see. It is located on the engine side of the injection pump. 17mm bolt with banjo fitting and fuel line running back to the filter housing. If it has another smaller bolt head on the tip end of the valve that is where you open it up to get at the spring.
