v12 manifold on om603? any chance?

Was surfing ebay and ran into this... 2004 2006 Mercedes Benz SL600 R230 Right turbocharger Turbo Exhaust Manifold | eBay
Long shot... but has anyone compared spacing and bolt pattern to an om603?
I remember the 603 euro manifolds could be used for m103/104 turbo conversions with a slight mod.

The "slight mod" was running an adapter plate or re-drilling every hole.

You'd have to measure the port spacing but if you look at how the mounting holes are "clocked" on the V12 manifold relative to the OM603 they aren't even close. If the port spacing is the same you could maybe re-drill all of the holes. But on the OM603 the bolt holes are further away from the ports, and on the V12 manifold you'd don't really have any extra real-estate to drill holes further away.

I've never done it so I can't say for sure no, but simply looking at pictures next to each other, I'd say it wouldn't work.

The old m120 V12 shared bore spacing with the 10X, 60X inline engines. The 275 turbo V12 is a new design not related to the m120.

My recomendation is to buy the manifold and try so this thread isnt re-posted eveytime this manifold shows up on ebay.

Just noticed as well the turbo housing is part of the casting. That is just plain goofy. So you are stuck with the stock k24. Oh well. That m275 sure looks fun.
