190D 2.0 Air Cleaner Flow?

Does anyone know how much air the stock air cleaner off a w201 190D will move? I need to ditch my stock air cleaner on my OM617 swapped Toyota Pickup, I plan to put a ducted intercooler in it's place. I'd like to keep the air cleaner a stock unit and MBenz if possible. If it flows adequately, This unit will fit perfectly in the stock air intake location.
