So where do I make the road trip? YOU tell ME
I wanted to buy some parts and mjy friend Chuck who lives in California agreed to check local yards.
All of them have fees of $10-15 PER PART. Ridiculous! Entry fee Exit fee if you buy less than 50 bucks CORE charge? On a sun visor? So I'm going somewhere else- like: Ohio Kentucky Carolinas YOU NAME IT I need a lot of parts for several W123 cars, a 201 and at least one W126. Plus VW Beetles (old style) would be a bonus. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks S PS If you have a yard of the right size cars, I'll work out of your place and live in my box van . Might need to borrow a power cord to carge tools and operate the oindoor sauna!

A lot of good "old style" yards in Ohio. Come on down. You'll be in nirvana sleeping in my wife's VW EUROVAN with its fold out bed. Check out Carparts.com for some of the yards in Ohio with MB parts.
