Has anyone figured how to lie to engine managment,and remove soot filters,and adblue injection?

it can be done but requires pulling the ecu and shipping it off to be recoded by a tuner to remove the internal monitoring for the dpf and egr systems (you would still need to remove the dpf itself and block off the egr line since the valves can leak). the last one i did was around 1200 for the coding and shipping since there are not many good tuners in the USA. the ad-blue can be bypassed with a CAN dummy module they can be had for around 500 then you can gut the scr cats and remove the tank and pump assembly.
