Meet for dinner in Atlanta.....?
 

I travel all over the U.S. with my job, and I have been able to meet up with mayber 30-40 mercedesshop.com forum members over the past several years.

The last time I was in Atlanta, I met up with El Presidente. We got a private tour of the MB Autowerks shop by none other than Donnie Drummonds and The Webmaster. Donnie even took me for a ride in his ultra-fast, turbocharged 190E 2.3-16 valve.

I will be in Atlanta on business, and have Saturday, October the 23rd available for dinner.

It would be fun to have a little GTG and discuss "war stories" of our experiences with our cars.

We can eat at the hotel or some place nearby.

sadly, I'll be in D.C. during that time... with my '85 300TD! Still, there are many others- I'm sure you'll find a taker or two.

Anyone in D.C., come to the Green Festival at the convention center that weekend!

Due to Hurricane Ivan, the business meeting I was to attend has been moved to October 23rd.

If you remember, I was supposed to be in Atlanta in September, but the hurricane cancelled the business meeting I was to attend.

I have never visited Western PA on a business trip yet, although I'd love to.

The closest I've come is Cleveland. Is that anywhere near where you live?

Cleveland is about an hour and a half from here,,, not too far for good conversation.

I am flying in late Friday night, and will be in a meeting all day Saturday, which ends at 5:00 p.m.

I really only have Saturday evening available.

Sounds good as far as I know.... I need to confirm it with her, but I think my girlfriend and I can come have dinner....Has anyone recommended a location yet?

Damn! I wish we were able to make it :( I wanted to show off our new dance steps. Stacey and I are taking an Evening at Emory class "Ballroom Dancing for the Bride and Groom" :D
