count me in on a Portland GTG. I'm in Boring... if anyone knows where that is.
recent MB owner. totally converted from Honda's... thank God. Love working on my 83 300D. working out the last bug. ACC issue. 148K miles, brown, everything works. great deal found it in Seattle for $3000. currently looking for another one to buy for the wife... this one's mine. anyone know if any, i'm in the market.

Yes there is word of snow...so lets be sure and let everyone know whats going on (I don't presume it will be cancled unless we get HARDCORE snow).
I will keep an eye on the forum until about 10am or so...it'll be about 1-1.5 hour drive for me. Anyone want to meet up along the freeway and start a line of MB  WOrks out perfect huh..the one weekend I plan something we get snow finally  Either way...I have chains and lots of sand...I will try my best. Anyone else gonna make it that hasn't chimed in yet?

I'll probably do the same, watch how things turn out until the last minute. I don't have chains for either MB that I have but I do have snow tires. Stupid thing though, I can't find the bolts to put the wheels on
 . I have a set of alloy bundts with snow tires on them. Both cars have different types of wheels, one has Ronals and the other has the newer type of MB wheel that uses the extra long bolts, so neither type of bolt really works with the bundts.

Well the snow looks like it MIGHT hold off...gonna be icy tonight though.
Two days away...anyone else excited? heh. I have to wash my car tomorrow  It hasn't been cleaned in over a month and a half.. I'll bring my camera and tripod for pictures and whatnot. Anyone else going to need anything? I have lots of tools Brandon

Hey, I'm planning to come to this thing, but I won't know if I can get away until Saturday morning. Weather isn't going to be a problem, at least... I've got Blizzaks and a trunk full of kitty litter.
Looking forward to meeting you guys. I missed the last regional GTG of the "other" diesel group (tdiclub.com), so I am jonesin' for some car talk. I can't promise that I'll have time to wash my 300D, though.

I'm still up for going to the GTG. I've got some snow where I live and I hoping that it doesn't snow anymore. I've got a few inches. If I can get the car out of the garage and the roads are clear I'll be down there.
