Planning another NE GTG..input

I am thinking maybe we could have another New England get together for us dieselheads/gassers. I remember the one we had in Colt State park was cool, as well as the one in Connecticut. One in the Mass/RI area would be nice, but its all about whats good for you guys. I haven't showed up to the others since I was MB less, but now that I have the W115 I am ready to rock again. Any input on dates appreciated. Hell I've got a big yard so even my house is an option. We could meet at the local Benz dealer and convoy in. Maybe end of June/Beggining of July..Thoughts?

Try to go further west a little bit and I could see what could be done. I'd have to talk by parents into renting me a hotel room. Just for kicks I'm going to go to mapquest and see how far to RI.

Thanks
David

Unfortunately I won't be able to attent any further NE GTG's asI'll be moving down south to South Carolina.

Hopefully they'll have some GTG's down there. Maybe at Willie Nelson's new diesel stop where they sell his new WillieBio Diesel

Summer GTG's are tough for me. Between work, hobbies and sailing I just don't have any time for it. Granted, I appreciate fine MB's and chatting with all the great folks that own them but..... Giving up a sunny Sat or Sun, well, there just aren't enough nice weekends for me to do everything I want to do. GTG's take a backseat. Thats why I go to the winter GTG's instead. RT

I am thinking September! I work all day Sat and can't really take that day off. Then on Sunday I need to fish or work on my car, also I am crewing on Star boats now so time is kind of tight. My SDL will also be down for at least a week with the trans and driveshaft out. The SD runs like crap and isn't registered.

Maybe in late August; I don't really care where the GTG is but I vote for that park in RI.

Very Busy Summer!

Hello Kyle,
The summer can be difficult concerning "free weekends"...However, I, too look forward toward another GTG...Perhaps along with my son.......Henceforth refered to as "MOTORCYCLE BOY...."and maybe even the Mrs., driving HER Sd.
What ever became of your Military visions?....College will (has) be a GREAT EXPERIENCE! ...Especially in the "old" 2 tone. I explained to my RECENTLY ISSUED DRIVER'S LICENSE son that now he needs to learn "the feel of the road".....Lucky for you and your girlfriend (if I recall correctly...), you both came through the "misshap" physically unscathed. ..
Glad to see you back in an oil burner.
Best wishes always,
spo out
