500E GTG; Granby, CT 8/27/05
 

We (500E owners) are invited to join the 4th annual (Audi) S-fest again...a 100+ gathering of european car enthusiasts. Folks from all over the country and Canada come to hang, drink, drive each others cars and just gawk at the splendor that comes. Saturday is all day/nite party...Sunday some folks go auto-x, rally or just rip up the surrounding countryside with local speed demons. The area is quite beautiful this time of year.

The event is invite only and held on a 16 acre former hunting lodge/now a home. The 500E corral is expanded this year to accomodate 10 cars max...please PM me, or e-mail to get an 'e-vite' A $20 fee covers food and kegs (top-shelf beer mind you)....but it is not ground in stone and we won't turn you away if you don't pre-reg or pay, but you best bring some food or beer to passify us. :)

Contact me personally for more info and a link to the e-vite which has all the details....it has grown to be a premire, informal gathering with raffle items from notable tuners (mostly for Audis though) but any 500E that pre-regs gets a MB hat from moi. Hope to hear from some new and old faces.

Do you need the link to the e-vite with details? Will be nice to finally meet you ! We're coming up to the Brookline in Sept. anyway also so we'd meet there too. :)

Driving together with the one car that never fails to catch my attention wherever it goes in Boston would sure be nice!

the last time i saw him, I was driving a Ford Escort and I gave him a thumbs up. He told me that I could probably buy a 500E if I sell my Escort and save up some money... ;)

Anyways, the e-vite with details would be nice!
