Next Year
Hope next year that a non holiday weekend will be picked. Holiday weekends are always booked with the family, friends, or a trip. Hope everyone has a great time!

If I didn't have to work this Saturday I'd heavily consider driving the 609.62 miles it'd be to your location from mine.
 Estimate is 9.4 hours, thats nothing. Heck I drove from a campground in southern MD to my house nonstop June 2005 and that was 740 miles/12.5 hours.....(all in my '82SD) Next year I'd like to try and attend a far-away diesel meetup. My limit would be about 1000 miles each way.

Right now, I'm planning to attend and bring my lovely wife and my 87 300SDL. I'd love to meet up with some dieselheads. I also hope someone has a 603 engine so I can take pictures of the wiring routing, since I apparently messed it up when I replaced the intake manifold gasket and was castigated by American Service Center for doing so! I also have an 82 300SD with a blown engine that I'm going to get around to fixing or replacing at some point.

Weather
I'm planning to alter my vacation plans to be there. However, any thought of a rain date? Even Mich is expected to be affected by the storm. Sunday, perhaps?
