GTG for Phoenix Arizona MB Owners?

Anybody interested in having a club and Get togethers here in Phoenix,Arizona? We could exchange and share knowledge of best places for parts, service, body work and paint, backyard mechanics, compare cars, etc! we could have parties, fun runs, dinner, rallies, Etc. anyone interested? There are a nice lot of Mercedes Benz's here in Phoenix that are rust free and this could be fun!

There is in fact one being organized right now for after the holidays, and several Mercedes owners are working on it.

They're looking at Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons, Schumacher Mercedes Benz and a couple of other places last I read, for the venue.

Check out www.benzworld.com and click the W126 forum, and read the later posts in the thread "Euro 126 for $2000" to get in on the latest thiking. NUR-SPEC is co-ordinating the details. You could post or PM him to get in on it.

I wish I was down there about now, Phoenix and Tucson are so nice about now. I used to go down there all the time.

I hope this helps, there needs to be more cross-pollinating between benzworld and mercedesshop, for things like this. I just put this note in here to let you know that what you are suggesting is already in the works, I hope this helps.
