Ok guys, here's the deal.

Parkhurst Park and Waterworks Park are both out, not enough parking.....

Heritage park has LOTS of parking, plus all those attractions. It's FREE!! But, there's a catch, it's on first-come, first-serve, so I'll have to get there REEEAAALLLYYY early and take posession of a pavilion for the day... No problems there......

We have the following Saturday's available:

July 28
August 4
August 18
August 25

What think?

Any of those dates work for me. I could help with securing the location if needed, I live about 25 minutes from Coldwater.

Tri-State GTG for MI, IN, & OH!

When: July 28, 2007, 10:30 am - 5:00 pm

Where: Heritage Park, Coldwater, MI.

It's been decided. The GTG will be hosted at the above listed location.

Absolutely NO ALCOHOL!!

I will get directions and maps soon and attach them to this thread.

If you plan on coming, let us know in this thread. Also, if you have parts you want to get rid of, bring em along (I am! ) If you're in need of parts, put them down with your name so others who may have what you need can bring em along! Please, only as many parts as you can fit in your trunk! The park might frown on a large full-blown swap meet....

Can't make it. I'll be in Ohio for an R113 SL meet that weekend.

On July 15th the International Stars Section is having a Show N Shine in Auburn Hills. Everyone is invited.

See flyer here.

I plan to be there and bring a friend. Some how the two of us are try to figure out how to bring our fleets of Mercs and truck loads of parts.

BTW - If someone is looking to bring a truck and/or trailer for a serious parts mission I have a 1984 300D parts car with 300k miles. I trailered it home after setting for fives years. When I got it home I got it started. All it needed was glow plugs. After I got it started I droved it about six miles. The engine was great and the transmission was better, but the the transmission had an AAMACO rebuild at 200K miles. I would not bring these there, but I am just over a hour south of Coldwater if you are willing to made a side trip. PM me if you are interested.
