Vancouver GTG?

Hey everyone,

So, I've owned my (well - properly I should say "our" since it's my wife and my's) 300D Turbo since November, and I'm wondering - how many other Vancouver W123 Diesel owners are out there? I think it'd be cool to meet up with some and swap advice, tips, and stories / laughs over coffee - or beer!

Is there any interest from anyone? Zu! I know we had talked about this a while back. Weekends are good for me, so other Vancouverites out there - maybe we can plan a day to visit!

I'm not a 123 driver, but I'm always game to meet other MB fanatics, and either of the two named cities are reachable.

Heck, lets make it a Seattle -Bellingham-Vancouver thing. Bellingham is about in the middle, so let me suggest Bellingham as the perfect place.

I'll second the Bellingham option. There is a really nice drive along the bay. There are also several nice parks to stop at.

We could do a Metro Vancouver thing...rain or shine (haha more likely rain) on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Lets make it somewhere central, like in Burnaby or so? I'm farther east in Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge area, and Bens Lover is in Richmond, so Burnaby or even New Westminster sounds good to me.

Then once we got more guys, we could do the Seattle/Bellingham thing

Awesome! Yes - Burnaby area seems like a good plan given the distances involved. That'd be pretty central for everyone. A lazy sunday afternoon would really be perfect for me too! I think pretty much any sunday works for me.

Is there anywhere in particular in that part of town you like? I'm located downtown so don't really get out that way too much.
