Hi Mic- thanks for the interest and hope more can joining us on another casual get together around the SF Bay area.

E500man snapped some digital shots but is now out of the country for the next couple of weeks....

we didn't have too many pics of what you really are interested in...(MB's without those ugly faces)....so don't be disappointed if only a couple are posted later

we had a great time hanging out in the sunny SF Marina District with a the dainty 30 something's (lean and fresh from their am workouts) all the while sticking to our own regimin (left to right, back to front- - neck flexibility exercises)...maintaining MB gab ...I noted that Jack, E500man, and Dave's vertebrae were all warmed up and quite flexible in an astoundingly short period.

E500man came out with his original owner '94 E500, H&R, staggered 17" EVO's (~44k miles) Black Pearl on Black. E500man had just arrived back in SF from Reno, NV at 4am so while operating on about 3 hours rest most of his input initially revolved around how celebrity look-alikes were running amuck...he was obviously experiencing that shadowy hallucination/delirium stage and it provided tons of comic relief for us all!

Dave came out from Dublin, CA (arrived at 8am!) with his pristine Starmark emerald/oyster '95 E320 Coupe (~60k miles). He's ordered and awaiting his Sportline Kit and badges from Mercedesshop and wants to put a little more uumph to it too.

Jack Bishop returned into the Bay Area from Chicago that morning too and floated in from Mountain View,CA with his beloved '93 400e Black Pearl on Black, K&N, complete with engraved M3 Leight hood flag & custom body work provided by soon to be "X".

Jack Biship, E500man, and myself headed to South SF to meet with the Benzsport group for a little PR in the early afternoon and more car talk. (Thanks Nokia for the invite).

We did have an opportunity get just a little frisky on the freeway....No speeds quoted (it was less than the limiter), but after we parked, E500man had this punch-drunk smile on his face as he asked me "Where'd you learn to drive like that?" and, "How fast did you get?" ...we looked at Jack and he added, "...I did have it in 3rd!" .

All in all, truly a great group of fellows and a good time. True to form, Chestnut Street in the early weekend am's offer nearly something for everyone (including parking). Thanks you guys for coming out, it was a pleasure meeting you.
