Plenty of shade and fresh water with minimal exercise during the heat of the day and he's fine. He spends more time in the house during the summer. This winter will be his first with me. It should be fun.

Thanks for going through all that effort for the GTG. I'm really sorry you ended up with such a raw deal. Hopefully, everything is taken care of by now.

On the way back to W PA from the GTG my car got 28 mpg. I had always thought this kind of mileage was fantasy. It must have been that my 85 300D was so elated to have been there that it was flying a few inches off the ground.

Thanks again, Chad, for a great GTG.

Hey locals, I know I was saying I hope to get my W114 up and running for next years' get together...but after discussing with the wife, I'm looking to sell off my project.

Let me know if anyone knows of a person interested in finishing my project. PM me for details.

It that time again!!!

6th Annual Southeast PA Benzfest
Saturday, August 24, 2013 - 11am until ?

We can start at 11am and go until whenever. I'm still figuring out what food to do for this year. I'm thinking pulled pork and rolls, grilled veggies, and beverages. If anyone is into bring any food items it would be greatly appreciated.

Let's get a head count so I can plan for the food and drink.

I live about 1 mile from the Montgomery Mall to give you an idea of where I am. I'm between Allentown and Philadelphia. I'll give my address via PM to everyone that will be coming.

Just gotta pick up that front fender and bring it and the door to the painters...

We will bring something, just don't know what yet

I'll be there! Either by myself or with the family (+1 since last year).

Hopefully with my 83 wagon if I ever get it on the road or with the 95 E300 again.

Arrow unique opportunity

Chad

I just thought of a unique way for someone to attend your GTG. They could fly in and drive home in Coda. The new owner could enjoy the MB fellowship and leave in a fine piece of German diesel powered steel.

Well.....what car should I make the push on to get it GTG worthy? Mark me down as a "long shot".

LOL. That would give me enough time to take care of the one or two things I'd want to have fixed before selling Coda.

Any car you want to bring is cool with me as long as you show up.
