Central Florida Spring '09 GTG
 

Now that the weather is back to normal around these parts its time once again to begin getting this thing planned.

A couple of things

For date- Im thinking mid March to anytime in April.

For day- Saturday or Sunday (whatever works best for the most people)

Location- I was thinking beach side possibly or some other photogenic area. But the park we had the last two is always an option.

Let me know what you think guys.

Myself, along with the gracious assistance of TheDon and 79Mercy will get everything planned and organized and set up. . . Feel free to PM me with any special requests.

It is official…. The 2009 Central FL GTG will be held on Sunday March 15 at 10am. There will be plenty of drinks and food, but if you’d like to bring something that fine too. So add your username and the car you’ll be driving to the list and lets make this the biggest GTG yet!!!!

well boys..the 280SE is not coming- here's why....


1. it's not in the runnign condition I want it to be.
2. the real reason is I don't want a car there that draws too much attention.

I'll be coming down from Ocala in my '86 560SL.

Sorry for the late committal, but I've been doing a lot of work on the ride and I am nervous about a road trip so soon. A decent test drive today suggests that we can make the 100 miles and back without incident.

I think this was the largest GTG we have had in central FL. I would guess about 30-35 cars.
