Hey everyone! I lived for 10 years in Wilson NC, and now I am in Middlesex. I can get to Rocky Mount in just over 30 minutes, so count me in. I have a 98 E300D and need to do a few things, so I would love to have a shop day where I could do it with friends while we all learn about different cars!

Are you guys actually having a GTG down there? I looked but didin't see an actual date or defnite place. I'd love to come down there for a GTG sometime if I can make it.

Did anyone actually offer up a meeting place just yet? I have 6 acres in Middlesex, but I am not sure how my wife would like me having a bunch of people showing up for a get together! lol

No, from what I see on his profile he is in Bahama, which is near the Virginia border north of Durham, about an hour away I would guess. I guess it's close if we are talking compared to California.

Oh, I thought he lived in the area near you. I grew up in Kinston. If you go to the beach from Middlesex, you might drive right by it. Of course you could have driven right by it and not even noticed it was there. It's on 70 between Smithfield and Morehead.

Hey, you're talkin' about me...
 I'd be willing to come out for a day. I don't have anything sexy done on the car yet but I'm always happy to meet new friends.On a side note, anyone that's close by needs to come out to Butner this Saturday for the Chicken Pickin'. Great food, music, car show, fun for the whole family. I'll have the 'mog there on display. 9-4, right in the middle of town, can't miss it!
