NW Get Together June 13 2009 McMinnville OR

The Annual NW Mercedes Get Together Will be held June 13 2009 at the Evergreen Air Museum, home of the Spruce Goose. http://www.sprucegoose.org/

We will meet in the Parking Lot at 10:00 AM. After we have attended the museum we will relocate to Lafayette Locks park for some tech sessions and a BBQ provided by www.kastdiesel.com. http://www.co.yamhill.or.us/parks/index.asp?sel=Lafayette_locks

In the past this has been a mostly Diesel get together, but all MB owners from all forums are invited.

If you are planning to attend please reply so I can get a head count for the BBQ.

Hope to see you there.

-Bryan

The picnic has been moved to Lafayette Locks Park which is about 3 miles from the Museum. We will get a group discount to enter the Museum, the cost will be $11 for Adults, $10 for seniors and $9 for kids. If anybody is interested in having their car’s picture taken inside the museum they charge $15/car, but we need to have at least 5 people to do it.

Thanks, and please post if you are planning to attend.

I got some sample pictures of cars taken inside the museum. I currently have us scheduled to meet in the parking lot, but they told me if 10 people have pictures taken of their cars in the museum that we can have the meet up in front of the museum for free (it usually costs $100). The second picture is of cars in this location.

Please post if you are interested in a in-museum picture of your car so I can get a count for them.

Thanks!

For anyone trying to map the museum, try this address

3850 Three Mile Ln
McMinnville, OR 97128

The one on the museum home page (500 Capt. Michael King Smith Lane) isn't on a lot of maps
