This is a GREAT show in an excellent location! July 14, 2012 - Deutsche Classic Deutsche Classic, Reading, PA. July 14, 2012. Mark your calendar and plan to join us for the 8th annual premier all German Automotive event held annually on the second Saturday in July, including vintage, classic and late model Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche as well as the unique German orphan and micro cars: DKW, Goliath, Goggomobil, Heinkel, Isetta, Messerschmitt, NSU, Opel, Wartburg among others. Saturday July 14th at Fleetwood Park (333 W. Main St. Fleetwood, PA 19522). Swap meet, car show, car corral, live music, Ladies in Jeans contest with cash prizes and tire toss competition with $600 tire vouchers. Individually designed, hand crafted, class specific show car awards incorporating vintage parts & automobilia. BBQ chicken dinner included with $15 admission. An all-family event. The show is just over a week away. Is anyone going? I really hope to meet some people there, and I hope there is a good turn out at the show.
I am offering parts transport services from the Asheville, NC area to the show. I will be leaving Asheville on Thursday July 12. Preferably parts can be delivered to my house (or I can meet you near Asheville) before I leave, or I can meet you along I-26 -- I-81 -- I-78 on my way north. If it will fit in my '85 wagon, I can deliver it. I will have a mostly empty car going to the show.
