M.B.E.G. Spring Coastal/Canyon Cruise Saturday April 26

Mercedes Benz Enthusiasts Group
presents:
Spring Coastal/Canyon Cruise
Saturday April 26,2014.

We did this same cruise in 2011, so you won't want to miss this rare opportunity to visit this FANTASTIC Private Car Collection.

We will meet at NORMS Restaurant in Santa Monica for a meet and greet.
The cruise will start at 9:00 a.m. traveling up Pacific Coast Hwy, then through the winding mountain roads of Latigo Canyon, then through the horse ranches of Hidden Valley.
We will make a few stops along the way to re-group.
"Pickles" in Newbury Park will be our lunch stop.
After lunch, we will drive a short distance (Thousand Oaks) to view a "Private Car Collection".

This event is for ALL Mercedes Benz automobiles old and new.

If you've attended any of the events my brother (ROLLGUY) and I have organized, then you know you will have a great time.......

Also, please go to Mercedes Benz Enthusiasts Group.
When you sign up for membership, you will get email updates on future events.
I will always post on the Peach Parts/Mercedes Shop Events & Gatherings thread when planning a new event, however,
signing up on means you do not have to keep checking the Events thread to find out about future events.

Why not take a few minutes and sign up now!

See you at an event soon.......Dennis
M.B.E.G.

Dang, timed that badly, both my cars will be un-drivable still at that point.

YAY !!!

I've been waiting for this one !!!

SirNik84 03-14-2014 07:17 PM

I'll be attending, the only question is, will I be driving my 300SD or my moms "300D"

Jim, and anyone else in nor-cal, we should caravan down to the meet. As things get closer lets set up a caravan.

Here is the route map.

I guess this is the roll call thread. If not, I am sure my bro will make one.....Rich

Also, the details have been updated on the first post. There may be other updates in the future, so stay tuned.

Dunno, would love to, but given my situation I'm not sure I'd be welcomed without the car currently in restoration. I've posted the question, written privately, and still don't know... so I guess it's a no go for me, pity as I live in Thousand Oaks.

I would think you'd be fine. There's always a straggler :D.

I would allow you to at least come to lunch and the car collection, as long as I/we don't know what you are driving ;). If you ride with one of us in a 'Benz (from the restaurant to the car collection), you would be our guest....Rich

I will plan to come back to So Cal for this! Don't like missing these drive put on by you guys.

Don't know if I'll drive Rose (1986 Euro 500SEC, Pagittrot/Amaretta Medium Red), or Blue (1982 Euro 500SEL Silber Blau/Blue).

Be a quick trip and back to catch the 2014 Annual Route 66 Fun Run Seligman, AZ to Golden Shores AZ. May 2-4. 800 or more cars.

BTW you all are welcome to come to this one too.

I am planning a Drive here next spring to coincide with the Fun Run. The Major guy of the Fun Run says we are welcome and anything street legal is acceptable to enter. Cars do not have to be restored.
