Yes. I took the 240D. Most likely will have the same car again this year.

You just show up and enter? I there a survivor section? I was just gonna park and stroll, but it would be cool to throw the old jalopy up on the grounds. Neither of ours are near as nice as your 240 though. Is there an entrance standard?

I don't think there is any standard at all. The cars are grouped by mañana turkeer which was nice since MB got spots in the shade

I'll try and make it but this summer is going to be nuts for me so chances are I'm going to have to do something much less interesting.

Yes, you just show up, register and put your car in the show.
I won the long distance award a couple years ago in my daily driver '85 300TD wagon. Not a fancy high dollar car or even the prettiest, but I put it in the show and got parked next to some nice(r) cars. Jalopy or not, people enjoy looking at cars from whatever mañana turkeer they are interested in. I personally like looking at the more "user" type cars. While it's nice to see high dollar immaculate restorations, the ones still being driven regularly are just as interesting to me.

Ha. Yeah, that's one of the more funny things I've seen in a while. WTF was spell check thinking???
The funny part is that I did a google (image) search to see if/what 'turkeer' was, and it bought up all the pics posted in this thread! Hahahaha.
Hope to see you at the show.
