Next Next Northwest GTG
 

Anyone interested in having another GTG sometime later this fall? If anyone is interested, I need to know about 30 days before the date we can agree on, so I can request it off. Right now I am thinking Saturday, September 27th would be a good date.

I will try and pick the place, but if I do that, then it might be to far for others, since it will be fairly close to me :D. I am thinking Leavenworth or Lake Chelan, or even Lake Wenatchee...

I am thinking Leavenworth would be the place, but I will have to double check and make sure that nothing is going on there on the 29th... Chelan would be nice too, and it would be nice in early fall :D

I am thinking I am going to keep my car for a while, since I just got a new battery and things are working a little better :D

Leavenworth might be a place we'd get more others to come to. Chelan would probably end up with just the 2 of us.

It looks like on the 27th, it is the Autumn Leaf festival, then the next 2 weekends after that it will be the Oktoberfest. Parking will be fairly bad on those 3 weekends. But if anyone is still interested in meeting on one of those weekends, we can meet in Peshastin or Dryden, which are only a few miles east of Leavenworth. Then we can all go into Leavenworth together :D

It looks like on Saturday, October the 18th, nothing is going on that weekend.

Let's see if anyone else chimes in here, then we'll finalize a day and place. So far, it's just you and I even talking about it. Maybe we're trying to do too many in one year. Dunno.

If we have it in Leavenworth, I MIGHT be able to round up a few local MB owners who would be interested in attending...

I guess I can wait a few more weeks before finalizing on a date and location. Still keep in mind that I need to know 30 days in advance so I can request that day off...

It sure seems like Lake Sammamish is our best bet, considering our turnouts so far. I'm willing to drive a ways (that's what Mercedes are for, after all), but as can be evidenced by our last attempt, if we get much outside of the immediate Seattle area, attendance goes down.

Hey guys... we might be interested in going if my 300D turbo arrives in time...... Still waiting for it..... :(

...and just what is it that ya'll do at a GTG?:D

We just sit around and talk about our cars, and talk about other things. I would like to maybe try some other stuff, but will have to wait and see... :D
