Just chiming in. I'm close to Greenville N.C., go to the triangle now and again. Wouldnt mind hanging out sometime if you can tolerate an old diesel.. :)

Sounds like a good idea Peyton....I bet more people reading these posts that are not members would show up as well.

But I'll have to iron out the bugs in my fuel system first, or talk wolf_walker out of his engine from his challenger :D :D :D LOL!!!

I'm in the Raleigh area, and know of others that would possibly like to get together, if we had advance notice, in the near future (like within the next 6 months or so). If we could establish a place to get together (like on Saturday at the benz dealer on Capital Blvd. ha ha :D ) I'm sure we would all enjoy it.

Count me in. That's one reason I am creating a 300E car club....and since I don't discriminate, all benz owners (current and previous) are welcome, but the car club will feature 300E's with photos and stories.

I also have a few local sources for used parts if anyone needs parts that are hard to locate (or just plain too expensive!).
