Thumbs up Appreciation for Phil at Fastlane

I am the type of person that will voice my feelings about poor service, as well as good service. After all, how can someone be expected to improve if they aren't aware of any problems? Too often, people are quick to complain about poor service and forget to mention the good experiences they have. Well, I am now voicing my pleasure with our friend Phil at Fast Lane. I recently requested quotes for parts (accumulators being one of them) from several suppliers including Fast Lane. Phil responded within 1 hour of my e-mail. This is far faster than any of the other suppliers...in fact 2 more have yet to respond. Phil's prices were better than anyone else's, and he was able to get ALL the parts I needed. So, thanks Phil, I appreciate you and you're a pleasure to deal with.

Phil has been great..........I really appreciate the time he takes to find what you need and get it to you. There has only been two other Online vendors I have delt with that offered that kind of service. One of those is also a sponser here, The Tire Rack , and Rusty at his place. That kind of service is rarely found these days.

Phil is awsome, and cares about his customers. He has always taken the time it takes to get me the right part, or take care of any customer service issues that have came up (mostly with orders not going through correctly)...

Phil is and acts as professional should in running a business, he is personable and friendly, but most important is his professionalism which has always been number one in my book.

He is a great asset to have as part of this forum.
