now phil said i could do this.

2 wks ago i ordered almost 800 bucks in parts. as of today most of it is still missing. i had phil drop shop an item for me a few months ago and with this order the computer used the drop address and all the stuff, or at least some of it went to old navys house in missoura.

today when i called walt there was a box ups dropped off yesterday that looked like it had gotten beaten up on the conveyor belt and it had the heater core and two cables not three and only one was still packaged. otot ups didn't even ring the bell they just dropped and ran. they did the same thing here yesterday.

i don't blame phil entirely for missing the address change but when it was discovered ups would not re route any of the freight insisting on it being returned to origin for reshipment. the glow plugs i ordered last week are due next monday.

so ups sucks.
fastlane has to get a fix for phils software cuz i am not the first person the default address has come up on.

okay so i called ups to arrange a p-u. lady wants to know what the value is. i told her i can't know because they lost pack list. she starts on me and i retorted that ups had to accept some responsibility for this problem since they destroyed the box they should call the sender. so she acquises's and says that an inspector has to come out and look at the package before they will accept it back . poor walt can't catch a break. the inspector would be oud the next business day. fed ex! fed ex! fed ex! fed ex! the ups guys are not to blame they have so much to deliver that there is no way they can give the service they are supposed to provide, like ring the bell and get a signiture.
