Here's the simple step by step process:

1) Click on "PartsShop" on the MercedesShop home page or the menu frame on the left side of this page.

2) Click on the "Parts Information Request" graphic.

3) Fill out the "Parts Information Request" form and click "Send Request".

4) We will identify the correct part numbers for your car and e-mail you back within 1 or 2 business days.

5) Once you have the part numbers back from us, click on "PartsShop" (as in step #1 above) and then click on "PartsShop On-Line Ordering".

6) Enter a part number into the form that says "Search by part number here:". NOTE- Make sure to enter the part number EXACTLY as we sent it to you. For example, if our e-mail shows part number: 124 421 26 12 then make sure to include the spaces between the numbers and DO NOT include a space after the last number.

7) Enter the quantity of each part you wish to add to your shopping cart.

8) Repeat steps 6 & 7 for each part number.

9) Click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

10) We will automatically assign a customer number to you the first time you buy from us. This customer number allows you to check the status of your order, track your order via UPS and review all past orders. It also will automatically complete your Ship To and Bill To information so you won't have to fill this in but one time.
