PartsShop uses UPS 99% of the time. Oversize or overweight items sometimes require other methods but, this is rare. Most of our orders ship same day if you order by 3pm ET.
We will ship anywhere in the world that UPS ships. You can track your shipment via UPS. Here's how: 1) Click on "PartsShop" 2) Click on the "PartsShop On-Line Ordering" graphic. 3) Enter your customer code in the form which is located in the upper right hand corner of the page. Click on "Login". (The customer code is case sensitive). (You are assigned a customer code when you place your first order) 4) Click on "Order Status". This is a new menu selection that will appear once you Login. 5) If your order status is "Shipped" then look for the tracking number. Copy the tracking number. 6) Return to the PartsShop Lobby by either using the "Back" function on your browser or by clicking on "PartsShop" in the frame at left. 7) Paste or enter the tracking number into the UPS tracking form at the bottom of the PartsShop Lobby. Click on "Track Package". ------------------ Bill Wood - Webmaster MercedesShop.com, LLC |
