Phil tried to resolve the issue but evidently was unable to meet your needs. Not often but sometimes that happens.

This thread was brought to my attention by the OP. I am very happy with this site, the people here (totally crazy or not!), and the service from Phil and Roy has been stellar. For the most part the pricing is always competitive.

I have recently acquainted the OP and he is a very nice, respectable person. It is a shame that this misunderstanding happened and that a simple resolution wasn't enough.

Spilled milk, water under the bridge, etc.

The fact that this thread lives on is credit to the integrity of the owners of this site.

I hope GomerBarkley changes his perception and returns.
