Mounted with four screws, the cupholder is incredibly solid, even with a full liter bottle of water in it.
It has an arm that is spring loaded that keeps your beverage tight in the cupholder. Nothing moves, even with a tall cup from a fast food joint, even if the door is slammed. I find the cupholder looks pretty good. The black plastic blends in with the black door handle insert and the black dash. I know it's a bummer drilling into and putting holes in the door liner, but I see at as a permanent solution.

Hi to all.
Just my 0.02cts Gary,in Germany and the rest of Europe people have their breakfast at home. There is no need for cupholders. Here in the US everyone is always in a rush, that they don't have time to have breakfast at home with their family. Also on many highways in Europe they have truckstops on regular intervals so you can stop and have something to eat and drink. Louis. |
