Fastlane selling tools?

Time and time again I come across threads with DIYs cussing about how hard it is to remove a starter or oil filter housing or something. Nine times out of ten it is because they are using inferior and or general tools. Couldn't Fastlane offer a line of Stahlwille tools that could be drop shipped. Good examples would be line wrenches, crows foot, 5 and 6 mm 1/4 inch drive allens. These specialty tools are just not available to the average DIY. Maybe you already offer them. I don't know, because i"ve never checked.

Just a thought,
Peter

Hi Peter

Although they are not listed. Anyone can call me for tools. We handle the Baum tool line. If they don't have it, I'll look for it. There isn't much I won't do for you guys and gals.

Partsman,

Perhaps you should list that fact. I'll promote it. I can remember the days when Dana Baum came to my shop, and I could call and talk to Gehhart Aussenmacher (sp). They are all big wigs now and well deserving. Baum is a fine company and always willing to help solve a problem. Maybe we shouldn't tell DIYs how much easier a job is with proper tools and watch them struggle. No I can't do that; I promise to spread the gospel.

Thanks,
Peter

Baum Tools

We do offer Baum tools by request. I don't list them because there's too many. If someone needs a specialty tool I'll try to locate what you need. Ask and it shall be given. It's best to E-mail me and let me know what you're needing. I don't always have time to pop over to the Forum. I'm here a little earlier than usual today. May everyone have an excellent day.
