why can't I log in?

When the FastLane program made the change did that dump all of the existing accounts? I enter my email address and same password I have used from day one and I get an error stating my password is incorrect. I used to use a log in name rather than email prior to the change.

Yes, you'll need to re-enter your account information. I apologize. It's hard on me too since I know most of my customers information. Now, it's gone. We'll get back on tracj Mike and it will be better than ever soon.

Where can I reenter my information. I'm having the same problem (a pop-up window ask for username and password), but can't seem to find anywhere to change or start a new account.
