There's one headed for NJ before year's end. So there should be some jaw dropping on the turnpike or the GSP.

Still have to spot one over here..
This thing eats M5's, Porsche's and Ferrari's for breakfast
Thank God there are still some folks in MB that understand cars.

Saw one (inside and out) on September 2004 at at a dealership in Newport Beach, California.

Took a bunch of pictures and although I don't like sport cars (I prefer big four door sedans), I can say it is an incredible sight. Here is one pic taken at the showroom floor:

Saw One!

I see one about once a month. A wheel company near where I work has a silver one. The first time I saw it, it was on the street driving along other cars . . . as soon as I saw it I sped up and followed him . . . the last several times I've seen it it was only parked in the companies gated parking lot. This place is also where I saw the New Rolls-Royce (also in silver).

Ahhh . .. I love driving to work, now

Is it me or is that Silver paint on new Mercedes and other cars make them look plasticy? Black looks a lot better I think.

Yes, I kinda agree with you on the Silver . . . BTW... doesn't it seem like every New Benz is either Silver, Black or White? . . . Why can't people think "Outside the Hues"

sat in one... just incredible. Feels like your moving when your parked. Excellent car, price had ballyhooed to 900,000 and 8 people were essentially bidding on it.

Think the dealer is expensive? Do you know how much it costs to train a dealer tech? Or buy the required MB special tools to have on hand?
