I posted an earlier post for my 87 300d; has a new factory tranny last nov but needs much stuff and not worth putting more money into it. I will donate or sell for parts or to a person that does his own work (probably economic to fix it if the labour is not paid for; I don't work on them).

Anyway, we are looking for a replacement; our primary interest is:

88 > 90 300SE
190D 2.5 (auto or stick)
87 > 91 300E/TE/TD

We particularly like the early 300SE models with the single cam motor; any comment on maintenance costs/reliability of the single cammer vs the twin cam?

Anybody have something to sell? I only want a car with records in good condition, of course.
