Halving fuel costs and reducing the strain on the environment through lower emissions. Cars with natural gas engines combine both advantages. The Natural-Gas Technology (NGT) identifies the Mercedes-Benz model variants with a bivalent drive. The B 170 NGT is the first model in the compact class which is powered by both natural gas and super. The E 200 NGT sedan can also switch between the two drive systems - with the same engine power.
