2003 E class

Could someone please post some information regarding the new
E-class.

All that I could find was a short review on mbspy.com, pictures
from germancarfans.com, and this
http://www.zung-fu.com/eng/eeclass.htm
However all the equipment are available for the european models only.
Any tips or concerns will help.
