H&R springs 2003 C230K sedan?

Does anyone know how long does it takes to install H&R springs on my 2003 C230K sedan? Does anyone know a good place in the San Jose Bay Area? Some people have told me that it takes 5 hours. I already have purchased the springs but just need a place for installation. I need a good price and good place.
