What should be the price of a 1991 300SE (126 Body). Also, are there any known problems with this model and year.

Interior : Palomino
Condition : Body is good. Interior excellent. Engine starts well but it seemd that it was running a little rough

The used car dealer wanted $ 3500 for it.

That's a reasonable price.

Just keep in mind that when buying used cars with 200,000 miles, the purchase price will be nominal, as compared to the cost of ongoing repairs and maintenance to keep the car moving. It often pays to spend more upfront (like $8,000 or $10,000) on a lower mileage, well-maintained car, then to opt for a cheaper alternative.
