That's a reasonable price.
Just keep in mind that when buying used cars with 200,000 miles, the purchase price will be nominal, as compared to the cost of ongoing repairs and maintenance to keep the car moving. It often pays to spend more upfront (like $8,000 or $10,000) on a lower mileage, well-maintained car, then to opt for a cheaper alternative. If you're going to fix it yourself or if have an inexpensive mechanic, then the cheaper car may work out for you. Also budget some money to fix up all the "hidden problems" 200,000 mile cars always have; the ones which you'll never notice on the test drive. Often people who plan on discarding their current vehicles in the near term discontinue maintaining them, long in advance of trading them in. Good luck.
