AMG Wheels for E320

I have a 98 E320. I was considering putting on 18" AMG wheels with Mich. Piolits. Has anybody done this upgrade on a non AMG E series. I was told by the dealer that the E55 has somewhat different springs and suspension, but the 18" ers will work. It's a great look. Any opinions or suggestions. I would hate to make a purchase only to find that the tires rub or hit the fenders, etc. Thanks

If you want to know how crooked a stick is, just lay a straight one next to it.

I Installed the AMG Mono blocks on my w210 wagon 18x8x9
with 245/275 tires.I Would recommend you to roll the front fenders as AMG rolls all the W210 front fenders to prevent rubbing
I Have also lowered the wagon with H/R springs and One bump/notch spring pads..with NO rubbing!
You can rent the tool from tire rack to roll the front fenders its easy!

Good Luck

Just an upadte. Purchased original E- Series wheels from a 98 E430 from a friend. Perfect condition. They look much nicer than the original wheels on the E320. Picture attached. I didn't break the bank acquiring the wheels either.
