I am looking for a person/company that can inspect a 1994 e320 Cabriolet that is currently in Phoenix. Anyone know someone I should call?

Also, anyone have any thoughs about this year/model of cabriolet?

The 93 300CE-24 Cabriolet and the 94 E 320 Cabriolet are not as reliable (I understand) as the 95/96 E 320 Cabrio.

It seems the first two years of production there were some mechanical and technical problems that they were later corrected on last production cars.

I had thought that 95 was the last year of production for the w124 (a124) cabriolet. Was this car produced in 1996?

I am not sure about the production run for the U.S.A., but in Germany the A124 (Cabriolet) was produced until early 1997.

It is impotant to remember that not only the E 320 was produced, but also the E 200 and the E 220 were manufactured (in much greater numbers than the E 320).

Late 1996 and early 1997 models had a special "Final Edition" designation and bagde.

In the U.S., the W124 cabriolet was produced from 1993-1995.

Hi All
the last production year was 1995 for the E320 cabriolet.
A great 4 seater cabriolet destine to be a classic.
A couple of problem areas. The head gaskets and wiring harness should be replaced. Other than these two problems the E320 cabriolet should bring much fun and reliability to its owner.

I insist: the last year of production for the UNITED STATES was 1995, but the A124 cabriolet was produced until 1997 in Germany for the rest of the world.

1996 and 1997 production years came with a "FINAL EDITION" badge on them.

Call Inspection Solution at 800--665-3666. They offer car inspection in most cities. I called them when I bought my SL500 in Georgia, but they were too busy at the time. Please report here your experience if you use them.
