do we need this on forum
I did not like to see "WTF" Would you drive this? listed as one of the posts in Diesel discussion today (12/15/04) We do not need this on a family type forum in my humble opinion.

Although I tend to agree I also have
to disagree at the same time. I agree with the forum part but I also disagree for the simple fact that kids get more foul mouthed language from the TV, radio and CD's than they ever would reading this forum. I used to be a schoolbus driver and let me tell you the stuff that comes out of the mouths of these kids today is nothing compared to WTF. And it doesn't matter what walk of life they come from and those that you think that are the most polite and niced kids you can meet are usually the worst. Louis. |

Louis, thanks for the reply. I know,I hear things I do not like all the time. The problem is If we except WTF on the fourm now, then pretty soon it will just be typed out as it is on some forms. Back when I rode a school bus you would have been kicked off for any cussing and that the way is should be now.

Yeah, I know.
But these days if you say something to the kids ' they run home to daddy and tell him that the busdriver is abusing him. And the parents file a child abuse lawsuit against the driver and company. If you have a parent that has somewhat of a brain, and tries to discipline his child then the child sues his parents for abuse. What is this country coming to? I understand the need to protect children but at the same time we give them free reign and most are becoming foul mouthed arrogant little brats. And thinking that one day they are going to be our leaders. Oh well, bedtime for me. Louis. |
